suppose the fare was 100taka and passenger was 10 then, 10*100=1000taka
now, the fare is 15% reduces and become (100-15)=85taka
and passenger is 40% increases and become (10+4)=14
so the fare become, 14*85=1190taka
so, fare increases 1190-1000=190taka
190*100/1000=19%
